Succession planning and consulting for foundations
In the complex process of succession planning for a foundation, instead of assessing the legal and financial concerns I work on the personal level: who should succeed the founder(s) or foundation manager(s)? My consulting services include the development of a candidate profile, the search and selection of potential candidates, and the organization and monitoring of the entire selection process.
