Joerg Busenbender is a consultant as well as an entrepreneur. This combination makes him a distinctive service provider who feels responsible for clients, candidates, colleagues as well as for the society he lives in.

He founded Busenbender International GmbH in 2006 after ten years in management consulting. He started his professional life as a police detective at the Berlin Police Force fighting organized crime. He began his consulting career at KPMG and moved to Executive Recruiting and Board Consulting at Heidrick & Struggles/Muelder & Partner.

He studied Political Science at the Free University in Berlin and as a Fulbright grantee Public Policy Studies at Duke University in the US. He holds Masters degrees in both Political Science and Public Administration and is a trained foundation manager and business coach. » Coach profile

Born and raised in the beautiful Rhineland, he has been living in Berlin since 1985.
